Hi all well Ive certainly had better starts to the new year than this one. During the move bending and unpacking things coupled with a bout of vomiting I have managed to do a good job. I have to have another back op on L5 and S1as they have become prolapsed and taken the nerve with them just to add to the fun. My spine is unstable as a result of these to discs so whilst doing a lamenectomy they have 2 secure the vertebrae from L3 to S2 with screws and titanium rods. I have to have the op as soon as possible so it will be on Tues the 13th in the afternoon at Pmb Medi Clinic. I will be in hospital for 7 to 10 days and full recovery will be three months. Capitol Caterers have been fantastic and have held my position at Michael House for when I am fully recovered.
