Hi, an interesting case this morning. The patient was referred due to severe Obliteration of the canals. The obliteration was not severe with a good strategy ;-) interestingly the distal had two separate POE´s while in the mesial no mm was detectable. Usually two separate distals, 3 mesials are present. There is always an except from rules ;-)))) Instrumentation was PF 04/15,04/20,04/25 with the new Morita OTR-Movement, m2 04/30 m2 04/35 as MAF, also with the OTR. SAF, NaoCl, CA, root filling was gp + ah+. The white dots in the root filling are the canal irregularities cleaned by the SAF. i see this quite often. Open for discussion ;-) Cheers, Oscar
