Hi, as a flying blue member I use KLM whenever possible Last week (14.03) I was booked on kl1198 from Stavanger to Amsterdam for further travelling to Lisbon With kl1693 Due to a delay we where transferred to SAS via Copenhagen and further to Lisbon as we otherwise would have missed the plane to Lisbon and been one day delayed, So far so good. Two problems; as a flying blue and member of my golf Club we (Group of 4) had free golf bag. When transferred to SAD we had to pay for excess luggage; this will be handled separately by one of the team members for all 4 of us Secondly, the SAS plane had a 6 hr delayed departure meaning we arrived in Lisbon Close to midnight instead of planned arrival 1420. As far as I know we should be entitled to some compensation for this delay Your feedback will be appreciated Roar Hoegaasen
