(judge) A court is a formal hearing for the legal person you have an interest in and you are being left will full liability because you do not understand the roles and responsibilities within the corporation. You being sole beneficiary you appoint the director, you set policy you the government obey policy (public servant) therefore I am telling you your statutes are not been enforced against this legal person because your directly effecting the beneficiary ME and its my job to protect him!! Are you challenging my claim that I am the president CEO of that legal person? We are the sole shareholder/beneficiary of the corporation the (legal person) I’m here regarding that matter I’m the director I never submitted to their authority (prison) If you are receiving a pay check from the government you are a public trustee/ employee and statutes only apply to them. If you are performing a function of government you are subject to pay tax. The birth certificate is the proof that I am the sole shareholder of DAVID JOHN CLAPHAM I believe that you guys are all trustees and I am going to appoint David Clapham as director of my legal person if you have any lawful reason why I can not do this please let me know within 21 days………
