Hi everybody I am looking to buy my first property with cash (no Morgage) I found a property and during the Christmas period there has been a delay. The property was very cheap and had no chain. The owner accepted my offer and I have just arranged a survey to be carried out on the property. Today I get a phone call from the estate agents to say someone has put in a higher offer, more than I can afford, since we agreed on the sale the estate agents still left the property up for sale.
