Hi everybody! Just an update on whats going on here with me. As most of you know, I met with my surgeon on Monday. We agreed that I will be having a bilateral mastectomy on Friday February 21st. There is still a little uncertainty about how many lymph nodes I need removed but that will be figured out in the next couple of weeks with more meetings with my surgeon as well as my oncologist. I go in for genetic testing this coming Monday January 27th and meet with the plastic surgeon on Wednesday January 29th. Whew. Lots going on. But Im feeling good and trying not to let the chemo side effects get the best of me....oh if I could only have a beer. 😜 Your support means the world to me...thanks everyone! XO!
