Hi everyone, I am looking for some support and information that I cant get from the websites. I am a mom of 3 kids. My youngest daughter is 7 now, when she was 6 months old she was diagnosed with isolated hemihypertrophy. We have been through the every 3 month ultrasounds for Wilms tumor, she was seeing an orthopedic for a leg-length discrepancy that has since went away according to the dr., but now we are told her teeth are a major problem. she has shifts and crossbites (not sure the exact terminology) and has to see an orthodontist. Not sure what to expect first of all, and we have state insurance that doesnt cover orthodontics. I am being told the childrens special health services wont cover this diagnosis.
