Hi everyone! I am writing to invite you to join us in a event that I am organising with my group of inner development: Cafh We will watch a well known film Groundhog day and we will have a conversation about meaningful changes in everyday life. Our aim for this event is promote, from Cafh perspective, reflexion on: • how our attitudes and behaviour can make the difference and change our perception and the way we live. • how experiencing similar episodes in our life can be a challenge to learn and promote a change. • what kind of changes I need in order to make a difference in my life. • how we can be prepared for facing changes in our life. The agenda will be: Introduction of Cafh and the activity: 10minutes Film Groundhog Day: 101 minutes Conversation and tea: 65 minutes Thanks and Close: 5 minutes total 3 hours. The event will be at ISH: international Students House, close to Baker Street tube station on Sunday, the 27th of October from 4 to 7pm. This is a open and free event.
