Hi everyone. I have decided to run for one of the six Junior Class Campus Union Delegate positions. I have a lot of ideas on how to make Wofford as well as Campus Union better. First off, no one really knows how Campus Union spends the funds that they are entrusted with and what decisions are being made by the representatives to benefit us are not well known. I feel like we could easily have an email sent out that could inform the student body as to what is going on or possibly a post in the school newspaper. The campus meal options are limited, and while you can see what Burwell is supposed to be serving online, I would like to see maybe an email or possibly a dining link that lets you know not only what Burwell has to offer that day but also what Phase V and the Players Corner has to offer. I would also like to see Burwell improve the overall quality of the food it serves. It seems that most people are not happy with what is offered, and I think Wofford could improve the overall dining situation. I want to get more involved with what the school is doing not only to better the situation for myself but for everyone. I think Campus Union is a great place to share ideas and is a place where changes can be made for the betterment of the student body. Thank you all for your support.
