Hi everyone. I have no idea what is going on with my newsletter plugin, but it has failed to send the newsletters out (which I had started over 9 hours ago doing! *sigh*). Ill paste what we were sending below, and my apologies for any inconvenience: Hi everyone! This is one of our first major newsletter updates, which means instead of sending just to subscribers weve sent it to all users on our site, as it contains information we think many of you may wish to know. Firstly, we are finally reopening tomorrow morning (now today, roughly 2 .5 hours from now): Sat 24th May 11am AEST There are some changes being made and this is the condensed version: Postage prices for non-polish shipments are being lowered, so the more that is spent on merchandise, the more the shipping discounts. Starting after $50 and going through to over $200, the discount increases. Some countries will end up having free shipping options, and others wont HOWEVER they will be discounted the same amount per bracket (its just that each country has a unique postage charge). A gentle reminder that Australia Post DOUBLES the postage cost after a parcel is above 500g, so in many cases we will entirely be covering $20-$40 shipping fees, which is a pretty sweet saving on large orders or group buys! - No changes have been made to the postage charges for nail polish or sample-only orders. Stackable 3g jars are being introduced, currently in 5 and 8 priced at $16 and $24 respectively. They will be available for you to pick any Femme Fatale eye shadow colours of your choice, and are perfect for travelling. All include sifters. 3g jars have a price change, both with and without sifter options are shifted to $3.30 each. There are no other price changes to powder cosmetic items. We have loads of inventory available when reopen tomorrow morning, including: Sayuri Lacquer *NEW* Delush Polish Serum No.5 Girly Bits Cadillacquer Glisten & Glow A England Pretty & Polished Unfortunately due to the dollar rate and increased import charges in the last few months some brands will have their retail prices raised to cover the difference: A England $14.00, up from $13.50 Cadillacquer $15.00, up from $13.90 Pretty & Polished $11.50 / $12.50 up from $11 / $12 respectively. Finally a brief note about tax. Please be aware all orders posting to an Australian address will incur GST. GST is applied at checkout - NOT in the catalogue. Unfortunately we couldnt set it to show GST depending on your location, as many customers dont have user accounts on the site. GST will show on your cart or checkout as incl tax. If it says incl 0 tax, then no tax has been applied. The default postage address is Australia, which means while you are browsing and adding items to the cart tax may show even if you are not shipping to Aus, however once you update your postage address during checkout the postage options and tax will change to reflect accurate totals based on your location. Finally, if you are eager to browse the shop tomorrow morning please have patience in the event that traffic clogs it up. If for any reason we have an issue with the site, please try again in 10-15 minutes. We will be working with tech to resolve any issues immediately.
