Hi everyone! I made it back home safely this morning at 1:00 a.m. I was exhausted but thankful to be back in the good old USA! I had a marvelous time but the high prices was really starting to annoy me. That was the only negative part of the trip. Today I am doing laundry, unpacking and wrapping gifts that I bought. I was glad to see Norman and Echo. I was on 7 flights, 2 ferry rides, 1 train ride, 1 cruise ship ride, 12 bus rides in the last 12 days! Amazing, huh! And the amazing thing is that thankfully no one got sick or injured the whole time. And another amazing thing is that one of our travellers left her lap top computer on the airplane under a blanket. She went back to the Helsinki airport the day we departed and it was in the lost and found! And one of our male travellers left his bag with his expensive camera on the train. Out tour guide went back and it was still there! The Scandinavian people are very nice, honest and you dont hear of any crime (other a few random pick pocketers). The children are well-mannered, respectful and eat what is served: healthy food. Not chicken nuggets, fries and junk everyday.
