Hi everyone I need some help... I am staying at a friends house I was hoping to make some dinner in a crock pot, I dont have any of the ingredients for the few recipes he could eat. He is lactose intolerant. Some ingredients here are: beef broth, canned corn, peas, garbanzo beans, pink beans, green beans, butter beans, spam, spaghetti noodles, beef rice, ramen, and tomato paste. He has some frozen mushrooms, and a package of frozen shrimp stir fry. However he has no meat. Any ideas?
