Hi everyone.. Im evaluating a deal which is minimum 21% below market value with these details: Mature area, good location. Looking at conservatively only 50%-100% returns in a year. (Not too bad for 1 years returns, I hope?) ;) The potential partner that Im looking for would need to be the Funder and Financier with these criterias 1) Qualify for 90% residential loan (Own less than 2 properties under personal name) 2) Strong borrowing capacity. Able to borrow at least RM1mil in loan 3) Have ready funds to play with Do PM me only if youre Personally able to play this game with me.
