Hi everyone! Im looking for a student to move into my place in Belmont ! I am a 20 year old student who is easy going and clean. During the week i am pretty dedicated to my studies but i do enjoy being social on the weekends As for the house, it is 3 bed, 2 bathroom with bedrooms big enough to fit a double bed. There is two separate living areas, an open kitchen, comfortable backyard with a BBQ and fully functional ducted air conditioner throughout the house. less than 5 min from belmont forum shopping centre (coles, woolies, IGA and a good handful of retail stores) and 2min walk from a bus stop. There is also a large oval 4 houses down and a park at the end of the street. I really enjoy living in the area and have done for the past two years - its relatively centro to everything (and close to the city) and nice any easy to get a job. Rent is 140 a week with bills and wifi split between the 3 of us - so it does work out to be really affordable I have found someone for one of the rooms (also a female 20y/o student so it would be great to have a house full of like- minded students !
