Hi everyone, Im looking for some advice from people that share my views on the outcome of the referendum, so thought Id contact you. The last 3 months or so, I have been affected by the process more than I thought I would be. So much so, that the outcome of the vote has left me frustrated, angry, disappointed etc. as Im sure you all are. I truly believe that one of the failings of a Yes vote was getting the correct information to EVERYONE. I know the ones to blame are the establishment (Westminster, mainstream media and big corporations). I want to do my bit to help achieve what we feel is right for Scotland and her people. I know I posted and shared a lot on Facebook but I dont know what purpose it served other than piss people off by flooding their feed and take up a lot of my time which I cant really afford as I am (trying) setting up my own business and it is being neglected thus far. I feel I just aimlessly post and read articles on FB and write essay-length thoughts down that no-one sees (and doesnt help me). I feel I need somewhere or something to channel my views and passion but in a more constructive manner, that will allow me to focus rather than (what I feel is) wasting my time and efforts. Ive joined some Facebook groups (but feel I am preaching to the converted there). I have also thought about starting a personal blog and I am even thinking of joining a party, probably the snp, but Im just not sure if whats the best thing to do. I am not sure what other options are available to me at this point. I really want to get more involved and move forward positively with focus both with Scotland and my business (and sanity)? Sorry for the long post. Id really appreciate like minded peoples opinion and advice.
