Hi everyone! Recently my followers have grown and so I would like to officially introduce myself as many of you are new to my page. My name is Emmylou Anderson and I’m 31 years old. I run my own personal training business and have competed in figure/Bikini competitions for the last 4 years.I am based in Newton Abbot, Devon. I offer in house personal training at winners 2000 in Newton Abbot, Devon for those of you who are local but I also train people online. I have clients not only in Devon but London, Northampton and Birmingham to name just a few. I offer nutritional advice and programme design to help people reach their goals.
