Public health is very important especially when disease such as Ebola that has been seen in Asia before can easily break out. Most concerning, if Ebola did break out in Vietnam (example) none would be able to recognize if dogs had Ebola virus as they show no symptoms. SARs, Rabies and many more virus and food pathogens can place people in danger, and in extreme cases has led people to being hospitalized or dying from acute food borne virus and disease.
