Hi everyone! This isnt a committee related post just a general thing.. Im involved with 2 schools debating competitions in the new year and would love your help to judge! This is an excellent opportunity to be able to use your debating ability for *good things* and help inexperienced debaters have a good time at a competition, and get some really good judging feedback. Id really appreciate it if you came and judged - itll be lots of fun and make me happy. I will also be actively looking to promote and foster up-and-coming judging talent at these competitions, so this could be a good opportunity for your to develop your judging ability/get some recognition where appropriate :) 1) SOAS schools 10th Jan 1 day tournament in London 2) Nottingham schools 14th Feb *insert Valentines day pun here* 1 day tournament in Nottingham (obvs). I will be driving to Nottingham so you can shotgun a seat if you wish to come :) But genuinely - what else would you want to do on Valentines other than spend time with your friends and chat about interesting things? :P If you want any more info, pop me a message.
