Hi everyone! Were here looking forward to another great season! Our friends at Complete Marine Freight had some kind things to say so thought that we would share them, we are equally pleased to be working with them! “Dear All, This is just a note to introduce everyone to our new agents in Antigua. Nick and Joe both are owners of their new business Anchor Concierge & Super Yacht Services Ltd. I have chosen Anchor to represent Complete Marine Freight in Antigua as I feel it is a key location for us in the Caribbean and having met both Nick and Joe here in Palma I feel they are very much of the same opinion as us with regards to customer service. We all feel the agents in Antigua have become a little complacent over time and perhaps a shakeup is in order. Nick’s background is as an ex yacht skipper on large motor yachts and has been in the industry for many years as has Joe. They are making good inroads with customs in Antigua and it already looks like we can be more competitive than our competition. Nick recently discharged a Portofino for P&M off Geest, probably the boat we missed for Sunseeker Germany. I believe their attitude is very much hands on and I believe will be a big improvement of our agents to date. For everyone’s info and for those of you who know Antigua their office is situated right in front of the Falmouth Harbour Marina, in fact it was the old marina office!! It is a great location. We have sent out pens, sunblocks and lots of brochures as well as a rather large banner, which should have pride of place on the Marina patio fence.
