Hi.... everyone wants a diet plan. Here is a general one just as an example...please see this and write out your own for me to correct. Do mention your heigh,t age and current weight 7:30 am- morning tea + 2 marie biscuits 8:30am- Breakfast: upto 50 gms of cornflakes/white oats/dalia/mueseli with 1 glass skim milk or 1 full egg plus 1 egg white with 2 small slices of bread or 1 large slice 11:00am- 1 sliced kheera or 1 fruit e.g 1 peach or 1 apple or 1 guvava 1:00 pm- Lunch- 1 1/2 chapati + 1 katori dal+ 1 katori green leafy vegetable or 1 katori salad(raw vegetables)+1 katori vegetables 3:30- 1 cup tea + 2 marie biscuits 6:30-2 medium slized idlis with chutney no sambar or 1 slice of bread with vegetables and green chutney 8:30- Dinner-same as lunch.......... Kyunki Jo Fit Hai Woh Hit Hai with Simmi Sakhuja only on #927BIGFM.
