Hi everyone, were looking for a person or couple to share our apartment on Nunan Street in Brunswick East $180 per week ($210 for a couple). We have a study free for additional storage and workspace use, a useful second toilet, and a decent sized balcony with assorted potted plants. We dont own a car, so a space is available downstairs in the secure basement carpark. The apartment is in a scenic green area near Allard Park and the Merri Creek, a short walk from the number 1 or 8 tram line. Its a 20 minute tram ride direct to Melbourne University. Youd be living with a fairly quiet couple (29 and 37) who are often busy with study and work. Looking for someone friendly, open and communicative, respectful, and not a huge party animal, who enjoys a dirty-dish free kitchen and reasonably tidy house. Bills including internet to be split evenly between the three of us. The room has built in robes with large mirrors.
