Hi folks. Hope everyone is doing great. The last little while at Gomo Gomo Game Lodge have been amazing. The general game has been a little lacking but the other sightings we have had has made up for that in a big way. We were lucky enough the other day to be able to see a few female lionesses pulling down a big buffalo. They were struggling a bit until 4 young males came in and decided to show them how its down. The females were also joined by 4 young cubs. If we werent lucky enough with that. the 3 males from southern Kruger (trilogy males) came in and chased them off. Then the next morning the females were lucky enough to be given the chance to eat by the males. The reason for that was that the 3 big males had made another Buffalo kill. Only this time it was a young one. The next few days we had the lions in the area but the youngsters were nowhere to be seen. We also had quite a few elephant sightings finally after a few days of them having disappeared. unfortunately nice close sightings of those other cats, aka the leopard have been lacking, but all in good time. We have had a distant view of on leopard with its nice prize, an impala kill. We also have gotten a few hyena sightings which have been awesome. Hope everyone has a great week The Gomo Team
