Hi friends- We truly have a global community. There are those of you who live in places where supplements are prohibitively expensive and money is tight, in fact, food is tight. Yet, you have an interest in bodybuilding. To that end, many have asked me if I take bodybuilding supplements, and the answer is , I do not. I will be making a short video today discussing supplements, and the vitamin I personally take, and why. Whether you are watching soccer today, or football, spending time with the family or working or studying, have a wonderful day. Take 5 minutes and stop the world. Relax, and breathe.
