Hi friends! I am seeking 1 or 2 lovely roommates in San Diego! Its a beautiful home, with a yoga/exercise room with padded floors and large mirrors with lots of natural light. An amazing kitchen, fully stocked, all stainless steel appliances and marble counters with dishwasher and water filter + water distiller. Ive created a very comfortable lounge/living room that opens up to the kitchen! Super plush and the entire house is covered in art. We also have a pretty big backyard with lounge chairs, a table + chairs, and plenty of room to grow a garden! We just started a compost pile to have great topsoil and reuse our food scraps. There is also a nice dining room with table + 6 chairs, and 3 stools at the kitchen island. I have 2 bedrooms available, both pretty standard size with their own closets and windows, and 1 bathroom to share between the 2. I currently live in the home by myself, its 3 bedrooms -- and there is a guesthouse studio in the backyard where an amazing sweet couple lives! So its the 3 of us and my kitty Torrey, looking for a conscious loving roommate or 2. Ideally Id love a woman to join the home, who wants to rent both bedrooms and use one for an office/studio. Though I am fully open, and seeking to have the space filled as soon as possible. Must be a conscious eater to keep the kitchen healthy and overall a loving, non stressed happy person :) The house is great, there is dimmable lighting, hardwood floors, lots of windows with nice shutters, and although its decorated with lots of art and such, I am happy to shift things around and unattached to the decor and layout! There is a one car garage and attic for storage, with driveway and plenty of street parking. This home is situated in an area that makes travel around San Diego very easy! Northpark is about 10 mins, Downtown and Ocean Beach 15 mins, PB and La Jolla 15-20, and Encinitas is 25mins. Its also right near SD Mesa College, for anyone wanting to take continuing ed classes. The cost per room is approx $750, though if one person rents both, I am open to go down to $1300 for both. If $750 or $1300 is too high, let me know and maybe we can work to find a compromise :) The lease is until May, although I may be open to shortening the lease to end in March. Please share this with anyone you know who may be looking for a new home! Also, I will traveling in Jan, and am open to subleasing my amazing bedroom to a woman for part of Dec/Jan/Feb. :)
