Hi friends! On September 13th, I posted about the recent ascension we are experiencing. It feels as if we have had a second wave of higher energies flowing towards us again this past week or so... I was guided to mention that headaches, fluctuation in energy levels (huge bursts of energy followed by extreme fatigue), increased appetite, variations in heart rate, and powerful dreams can be symptoms related to this process as our physical bodies adjust and acclimate to the new energy rates of these higher frequency vibrations. (Please refer to my post from September 13th which illustrates this subject in greater depth.) We should begin to feel shifts on or around Sept. 28th as we emerge out of this transition into a FRESH level of experience. This current time period (September) is about peeling away false layers and shedding any and all outgrown energies, connections, and beliefs as well as tying up loose ends and completing the final stages of things. This is a time of greater KNOWING as our inner libraries of knowledge further reveal themselves to us... A lot of information is available to us on an INTERNAL LEVEL.
