Hi friends. So the date has been set!! Emily will be having her first cooking class on June 24th at 6:30 at Braise (in the same space Forbidden City once was). The class is $65 per person and all proceeds will go to the ME Cox Center for Elder Day Care. Email me at BraiseVaB at gmail dot com to reserve your space. Space is limited to 10 individuals. She has planned for this class, egg drop, fried rice, steamed fish and Szechuan string beans. This may change a bit.
