Overall the best post after considering these above factors is Assistant in CSS. This is the best Grade-B post of all. This post is for those who want to give the credit of their success to minister though ready to bear the blame e.g. like Missing Coal-Scam Files. Hardly anything happen in this country, who files is not gone under the signature of Dealing hand means Assistant. Whatever note or drafts he puts, rarely modifies at subsequent level. Very big role in policy making. In state Governments These Assistant post is known as Review Officer at state level. At few other place Section Officer or Assistant Section Officer.
