Hi guys. Im heading back to the city later. Ill be able to respond to most of you then. Update on North cebu situation - few people have generators so most of their emergency light is starting to go out. Some have lost their homes completely. Some can live but no roof, some have rooms they can stay in. People are busy just sorting thru the mess, some dont have much left. If youre planning to donate - aside from food and water, flashlights with batteries, mats, tents, mosquitoe nets, and medicines. Blankets in case it gets too cold at night. Raincoats will help too. And based on experience in bohol, toys & candies for children take their minds off their plight somehow. Pls dont forget milk supplies. As some of you know, we have organized our own efforts simply because a lot of our loved ones are from here - bantayan island / sta fe, medellin, bogo and daanbantayan, whose families and their staff are also affected. Its simply much faster to mobilize because in all fairness to lgus a huge task awaits them and they need our help. Pls pm me or my niece Chase Lynn Chua. She is behind the page Task Force Yolanda.
