Hi guys, cant remember if I made an intro but its been a couple of weeks since I joined and seeing your photos and reading your experiences rescently have re-ignited my curiosity. I used to do a fair bit of exploring a while ago, but locations dried up and friends dropped of the radar over time. If some of you are long-standing members of 28DL you may even remember some of the pics. If you dont mind Id just like to link to [a very old] photobucket account which I used to hotlink in 28DL posts (supprised theyre still there) it would take some time too upload direct - and theyre a little old now too.. but nicely organised too.. s205.photobucket/user/TheP_photos/library/?sort=6&page=1 Anyways, despite the fact I dont typically do much proper exploring lately, I have always been keen to get down a proper mine. I wanted to ask, would any of you knowlageable guys be willing to accept two tag alongs sometime? Im sure my pal Mark Donaldson would welcome the oppertunity also. Were both keen ameture togs and weve both done numerous explores in precarious locations so (Id like to think) we can look out for ourselves/one another - however obviously there are lots of hidden dangers underground cheif among my particular concearns in gas/oxygen. So Id like to do this properly and more importantly safely. Id need to spend some money on tweaking my wardrobe.. hard hat and tougher footwear etc but budgets are tight so unless we can get a little guidance I dont think well get very far.. Sorry for the long post :D
