Hi guys, i started my june with a bang, i tried this for the first time 6days of no carbs and on the 2nd day my body changed, loads of ppl wer asking me what i did. What i did was 1. Change my diet entirely by eating more of vegetable like steamed ugwu, carrots, peppers, turkey and chicken which was bought live and butchered. 2. I exercised intensely by doing more of cardio. 3. I drank loads of water 4. Slept at least 6hours daily 5. Took my multivitamins IMPORTANTLY I TOOK MY CINNAMON AND HONEY
