Hi guys, thanks for accepting me to the page. Im not USMC Radar but a close ally from across the pond ... an RAF scopie who has had the good fortune of working with you fellows here and there. Anyway, I have a request for some old & bold among you. Does anyone remember the UPS-1? We had a couple way back when, mostly used as gap fillers. Were lucky enough to have one (pictured) that has pride of place outside the School of Aerospace Battle Management. No supporting documentation has survived though. Would anyone have any old technical manuals, operator handbook or SOPs etc that may help us figure out exactly how it worked and what was what? Thanks all!
