Hi guys this is something I did..its called in french Poulet yassa its a meal from Senegal I am gonna try to explain how I did this: So the first thing I did is to marinate my chicken . I did it with pepper , salt, mustard. Then I put it in the oven. after that I left my chiken browned. In a small saucepan I cut onions I did with vinaigrette, lemon , garlic, pepper ! Once my chicken was browned and almost cooked I poured my sauce on it and I have returned to the oven to simmer . And I accompanied this with fried plantains.
