Hi loves! Im Baaack :) The Chronicles Of Blargnia March 16th, The Year of Our Lord 2014 Yours Truly was out and about, preparing for the upcoming Then and Now Ladies Spring Tea, and Vintage/Current Clothing Fashion Show. Its going to be a Uber Festive one this year, tis for certain, but my work load? Kinda monumental, when my health hasnt been snazziest in the past year, and feeling pretty weinie -weak and frail ; INCREDIBLY frustrating when the mind is willing, and the old bones dont want to cooperate attall after months of having my guts stage a drawn out mutiny... .Yes. and Whoopidy-Do-Dah-Day, Ive got Fibromyalgia, and its not going away, I have good days, I have Bad Days, and its hard to sleep at night, I have P.T.S.D. , and O Golly, and Oh Gee, I hear a bump and Ill try to run in flight. It would be nice to have a reason, as to why my body treasoned, but looking back seems such a waste of time, so I live my life today, and find joy with each new day looking towards the future with eyes/ears/mouth/ and heart, filled with hope for a sparkly tomorrow. I pity-party once in a while, but I feel its rather vile, to stay at any party well past its prime. Preparations are running smoothly with having all of my Vintage Clothing organized, accessories put together, coordinate with the hostesses, made the advertising/tickets designed, okayed, printed, turned in ( We are Sold Out already :)) , contact the models to have them choose their outfits, set dates to run through, yada, yada I am a bizzy little bee. I was fortunate enough to have been blessed by a friend with the opportunity to have a room available to use as a studio to let those creative juices flow, making backdrops for the photo booth we are also having at the tea, as we have no room indoors with enough space to spread out everything, without our pets, and the akita puppy Im babysitting climbing all over it hahahaha! I moved a few truckloads there, and made good progress, for that I am very grateful. Things didnt work out as planned, and at midnight last night I moved 2 truckloads into one truckload, to drive Awkward Girl home once again. If youve taken the time to read this far, theres something important that I have to let you in on For some of you, this is nothing new, but on the off chance you dont happen to be aware of certain situations, this may provide a bit of an eye opener, and in hopes that you have a better understanding, and accept it as a learning moment MMMmKay? :) Where I stayed was in an area full of wonderful, gentle, friendly people. It was a joy to meet Les Shedak, who took me in, and showed kindness by allowing me to use the room he had no use for on a temporary basis. The complex is located near section 8 housing. These are genuine and good people, that dont make the headlines, because they cant compete with the latest tabloid tidbit ,nor treacle that sells itself off as news, and Reality Du Joir show that seems to be anything but Reality. My new friends are sweethearts, they just happen to live on the margins of society. They Did Not Choose to be Poor, We All Know That, Dont We?? I mean, Really. Seriously. Who ever imagined as a child Hey! I know what Im gonna be! Im Going To Really Struggle with a Disability or Handicap, and throw being ostracized by my peers as the icing on my cake? Put that in a reality show pipe and smoke it, lol! :D My new friends are neighborly: Orson Walls and his twin brother Alonzo carried Less furniture to his new apartment ( he had just moved in himself a few days prior) Vicki was sweet and visited with me as I stood on the patio setting up Less Man Cave area. Roy and Alex were a cute couple. Nick when he smiles or laughs gets a bright sparkle in his eyes, and the most darling dimples you ever saw. He gets around in a motorized cart, and as a gentleman does offered to carry part of the load I was hauling
