Hi team, as Brendan wrote on the other 2T page, I was not well this morning and fainted as I was about to get to the car to drive off for work this morning. I am now feeling somewhat better thanks to my parents and Brendan s care, but needed to rest up today, as I am sure I would strongly suggest to you. So I will take my own advice as hard that can be some times. My apologies to my clients and groups who I could not see today. Stay positive and listen to your body, its a wonderful creation and deserve the best care we can give it. Love to you all xxx
