Hi there. Im Jenn and Im a PTSD warrior. I was added to this group and I feel privileged and honoured to be added. Thank you. Thank you. To everyone who has given of themselves to fight for the freedom of others. I have an enormous battle Im beginning too, but its a positive battle for child welfare. Im also helping build a PTSD healing centre on a farm in Ontario. Equine therapy, native therapy , healing gardens, hydrotherapy.. On site psychologist, nutritionist, general practitioner. This is on native land. Its sacred land. 100 acres of beauty. Canadian soldiers are being sent to us. For healing. The land itself I truly believe is healing. The spirit if the horse is wise and communicates.. I feel better after being at this place and Ive had some VERY dark moments not so long ago. Ive never been to war, but my life has been a battle. I could never ever understand the way soldiers feel. Im a first responder disabled by PTSD.
