Hi, this is Dans wife. Just wanted to post an update! Hello again. We feel so blessed to have such a wonderful family of friends. We thank all of you for the prayers and positive healing energy sent our way. We feel extremely fortunate for those prayers because we got good news! What the cardio doctor told us is we were so lucky to get to the hospital when we did because he didnt sustain any damage to his heart. He did have restricted blood flow and it could have been a full blown heart attack, but getting him medical attention quickly prevented that. They did go in today with the catheter thingy through his wrist and found one artery completely blocked, so they put in a stint. Another one was 90% blocked so they did the balloon to open it up. Now he is finally getting some rest between nurse visits. Earlier the doctor said he might go home tomorrow, but he hasnt been back since the procedure. We are taking this as the wakeup call it is to eat a healthier diet, etc. So guys, when your wife nags at you for years to stop eating all that fast food, please listen. thank you all again for your support and caring. We are truly touched.
