Hi yall... my Dr. Appt. went well. My EKG was very good, bp excellent meaning NO bp pills :-) I did have a blood clot as well but was taken care of during surgery...I have to be on a Mediterranean Diet, exercise program 3xs per week, under close dr. care for 90 days, AND, wah lah >>> I lost 10lbs. He reminded me of my blessings to be alive...I have to follow ALL orders/rules for FULL recovery! Thank you all, again, for the calls, texts, msg, concern, caring hearts & PRAYERS! I love yall BIG.
