Hickory Construction is very proud to have been the general contractor selected for this new school. We are particularly pleased with our accomplishment of completing the school ahead of schedule on what was already a very challenging timeline of only 13 months, faced with a year of well-above-average rainfall. Committed to our schedule, and standing by one of our most important Core-Values, “DO WHAT YOU PROMISE”, crews worked around the clock, rain or shine, to bring the 136,000 square foot pre-K through 5th grade school in ahead of schedule. School officials told us this was the smoothest school opening they have ever experienced.
