Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University. The former dean of SAIS is Paul Wolfowitz, the former Deputy Secretary of Defense during the Bush administration. Wolfowitz is a key neocon and the architect of the so-called Bush Doctrine.
