High Blood Pressure, Diabetes & High Cholesterol is not only affecting those that are over 40 or those that are considered obese! We have to teach our children how to live healthier lives and lead by example which means we have to cook more(me incl.) & stay out of the fast food restaurants. Take them outside instead of propping them in front of the tv w/a video game or iPad, laptop etc..... Im seeing too many ppl having heart attacks & strokes before the age of 40. We have got to do better!
