High Court puts demolition and eviction of residents of the slums, villages, habitations on Jhuggi Jhopri Camp, near Rangpur pahar on hold after HRLN PIL HRLN filed a Petition of the Petitioner filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to sought a stay order from demolition and Eviction of residents of the slums, villages, habitations on Jhuggi Jhopri Camp, Near Rangpur pahar, Near Nala, Mahipalpur, Delhi-37 that there are immediate needs of public toilets and Anganwadi Kendra for the adequate safety security and other civic amenities for the welfare of the economically and socially deprived women and children of the above cluster. The Residents have been living more than 50 years now, which includes more than 2000 families and there are number women, school going children and senior citizens among the population.
