• High Definition is upon us! For those joining us tomorrow, weve compiled a list of essential information to make your day run as smoothly as possible • - You can not walk to or from the event. Shuttle buses will be running to and from the festival all day from Tunbridge Wells station. - Arrival: The main entrance for the festival opens at 11am and 10.45am for VIP ticket holders. Last entry is 5pm. The car-park opens at 9am. - Re-entry: There is no re-entry to the site, even if you’re camping. Once you leave, you’re out. - Licensing: High Definition is licensed for people of 18 years or older. Security will be checking identification, so if you are fortunate enough to look underage then please ensure you bring ID! - Cash Machines: There will be a ATM machine on the festival site but we do advise that you come prepared. Although every effort is made to keep the cash points stocked the sheer volume of people using them can sometimes prohibit this. - Cleanliness: There are plenty of bins provided, which are emptied during the course of the event. Please utilize them and leave the festival site as you found it. - Valuables: Leave your valuables at home if you do not absolutely need them. Keep your money, phone and other valuables on you at all times. There is a cloakroom onsite, please use at your own risk. - Staying Safe: If you suspect you may have had something stolen please check at the Welfare tent before reporting a theft to the police as it may have been handed in. - Food & Drink: Due to licensing restrictions you are not permitted to bring you own food and drink into the event, unless you have specific dietary requirements backed up by a doctor’s note. - Arena Capacity: If there is a particularly popular artist you want to see, be sure to arrive with plenty of time before they are due to start. Our tented arenas have a limited capacity. - Emergency Services: Fire, ambulance and police services will be on-site throughout the day to deal with any problems. If you witness any dangerous, illegal or antisocial activity remove yourself from the area and report it to security or the police patrolling the festival. - Accessibility: The entire High Definition festival site is accessible to disabled customers. Please call 07813926858 for more details. - Taxis & Shuttlebus: Pick-up and drop-off points for both of these will be located at the Yellow Gate. For any further enquiries, please get in touch [email protected]. See you tomorrow!
