High Point! Perhaps another pie-in-the-sky idea... But we love high-flying cherry delights. Why couldnt the old High Point Enterprise building on Church Avenue become a museum of contemporary art. Dont laugh. A privately funded institution that would put downtown High Point on the map. The bones are midcentury fabulous... Think the Tate Modern in London, a former power station... Or the Dia Center for the Arts, a former Nabisco factory in Beacon, New York. Come on, lets think big! As for the collection, we have loads of connections in the contemporary art scene... #highpoint Ignite High Point We Heart High Point
