Highway 90 Closure Update U.S. Hwy. 90 between Jeff Ates and SA Jones Roads in East Milton. Cleanup and repair work will continue over the next few days with additional lane closures and reduced speed limits in place to help ensure the safety of cleanup crews and motorists. Anticipated changes include: Wednesday, Dec. 3 - two lanes open, speed limit reduced to 20 mph and strictly enforced. Thursday, Dec. 4 - one lane is expected to close during the day, with the speed limit continuing to be reduced to 20 mph. Friday, Dec. 5 - possible one lane closed with the speed limit continuing to be reduced to 20 mph. The road closures are a result of a CSX train derailment on Nov. 30. More details on road closures will be announced as they are available. Please use caution when in the area and use alternate routes if possible for the remainder of the week.
