Has tons of light, nice area to chill, renovated kitchen and amazing bathroom! We are looking for someone CLEAN, RESPONSIBLE and EASYGOING. Entrance is the beginning of august (flexible) and the apartment is located two steps away from mega (grocery store) and misrad hapnim. Its 15-20min walk to idc, but also a direct bus which takes you there in 5 min. There is a bus stop one minute away with buses all over the center 501, 48, 47, 247, 39, 29, 2, 8, etc. you would get the biggest room, rent 1850 excluding bills.
