Hints Dailys : " Visitors Aggrieved Over Health Directorate Policy " Visitors who visits the Wa Regional hospital are aggrieved over a policy implemented by the health directorate which enjoins visitors not to park vehicles, bicycles, and motor bikes inside the hospital but rather parked at the outside to the entrance of the hospital. Some of the visitors told our news reporter yesterday evening in a brief interview indicating that the excuse the directorate gave them was that they resort to this decision in other to prevent thieves from stealing their workers motorbikes. They further added that they used to allow visitors to park their vehicles and motorbikes inside the hospital but some intruders (thieves) used this chance to steal their workers and other visitors motorbikes. Moreover, the security men said they have been instructed not to allow any vehicle inside but should be parked outside the gate. During visiting hours the entrance to the hospital is always congested with bicycles, motorbikes, cars etc. In the light of this the visitors appealled to the authorities to have a second look at their decision since motobikes are still stolen at the gate. Just this morning Hints reporter made a visit to the hospital premises around 5:30am and met a group of women ganged up at the births and deaths office building believing they might have slept there since visitors were no longer allowed to crowed inside the hospital at night. These women told Hints they came from villages to visit the hospital with their patients and have no place to reside which made them to resort to the verrander of the births and deaths.
