Hip thrusts! - I did these at the end of my leg session! My upper back and head is resting on the bench. Make sure you squeeze your gluts hard at the top. You can also do this with a bar. I did 6 sets of 25 reps. First 2 sets were with a 30kg dumbbell & the rest of the sets were with a 20kg dumbbell. Drop the weight if youre not able to do the full thrust with glut squeeze at the top. My gluts are burning now!!!
