Hiring Business Analyst Developing technical solutions to business problems, or to advance a company’s sales efforts, begins with defining, analyzing and documenting requirements. Business analyst will take the lead role in: • Assisting with the business case • Planning and monitoring • Eliciting requirements • Requirements organization • Translating and simplifying requirements • Requirements management and communication • Requirements analysis The business analyst will also use requirements to drive the design or review of test cases, process change requests, and manage a project’s scope, acceptance, installation and deployment. EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS • Candidate must have a minimum of 7-10 years of web requirements and technical / architecture experience focused on e-commerce and application solutions • Strong leadership experience • Strong communication skills • A well developed approach to problem solving and decision making • Proven track record of successful relationship building and on-time delivery • Experience interfacing with brand/sponsor teams, Inside sales, marketing and development teams in a matrixed, global environment • Knowledge and/or project management skills a plus Interested please share your profiles to [email protected]
