Hiring Now: BRANCH SUPERVISOR - Al Habtoor Motors Visit Middle East Jobs >> bit.ly/midejobs Please Follow >> bit.ly/mideastjobs • Assist the GSM in implementing the company’s service strategy, policies and procedures aimed at achieving the targeted annual business plan. • Assist the GSM in achieving the agreed budget income for each year. • Ensure the proper implementation of the service policies and procedures of the company • Control the cost of the service activities in light of the standard cost. • Ensure that the vehicle maintenance is carried out proper by the workshop staff, in a way that contributes in building the image of the company and increase its revenue. • Review & approve the spare parts issue voucher (special cases only). • Ensure the compliance of the maintenance services for vehicles under warranty with the approved policies and procedures. • To inform GSM through PQRs of any abnormal defects, which should be reported to MMC. • Ensure that all staffs are wearing the proper uniforms and are presentable to the Customer. • Attend to all your workshop customer complaint and take corrective action in order to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. • Ensure that all health & safety measures that guarantee the safety of the staff are implemented (. protective clothing, special tools, First Aid, etc.). • Co-ordinate with the Parts department to ensure the timely availability of the parts stock required. • Make most efficient use of the human resources, supplies & equipments. • Undertake any activities requested by the GSM. • Attend all required training sessions and meetings and disseminate the same to subordinates.
