Answering Customer calls • Answers inquiries and resolves problems by clarifying desired information; • researching and exploring answers and alternative • Call end user back to make sure his issue was solved and the customer has finished his transaction 3. Filtering emails, forward to the concerned party, and take an action 4. Provide a consistent level of professionalism in written (emails) and oral communication. 5. Maintains call center database by entering information. 6. Maintaining and monitoring log of queries. 7. Ensures all customers service expectations are met to the highest possible standard, and escalating unresolved problems 8. Demonstrates energy and enthusiasm - always strives to achieve quality results. 9. Provide constructive feedback to improve processes and to improve operation of the Helpdesk. 10. Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. 11. Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time.
